Registration Procedures:
  1. Verify that student resides in the St. Augustine CHS school boundary (see map)

 

  1. Download  Pre-Admission Questionnaire

 

  1. Fill in personal information (Section A , B & C)

 

  1. Have current or most recent school complete Section D.

 

  1. Mail, drop-off, or fax application to St. Augustine CHS (see below) with as may of the required documents as possible (Section C)
